Stagehop works beautifully with most internet-accessible devices and browsers, but we recommend Chrome, Safari or MS Edge for the best viewing experience. Contact us if you have questions!
I’m having trouble with the video freezing or skipping while I’m watching the webcast.
Sorry to hear you’re having a frustrating viewing experience! Freezing and skipping issues are typically related to the bandwidth or cell signal of the viewer. For the best quality, we recommend a minimum of 5Mbps download speed. You can check your internet speed here. Are Stagehop events available on-demand after the live event concludes?
